There will not be a JULY meeting of the Strathern Neighborhood WATCH as the school will be closed and the auditorium cannot be used. The BLOCK PARTY for the Strathern Neighborhood WATCH will be a potluck dinner on August 18, 2010, from 6pm to 8pm on Arminta Street at St.Clair Avenue, which is South of the Strathern Elementary School.
Music will be provided by JACK FM Radio 93.1. The awarding of Certificates of Appreciation will be conducted by our SLO, Officer Esther Vasquez, and the office of Councilman Tony Cárdenas.  These certificates will honor those residents who have devoted time, energy and effort to promote the WATCH for  our local community.

To participate in the Potluck dinner bring food to serve 6-to 8 people. IF the initial of your last name is from A to K please bring a main dish or casserole. IF the initial of your last name is from L to S please bring a salad or a side dish. IF the initial of your last name is from T to Z please bring a desert.
