Elmer Street Project Beautifies Community

The Elmer Street Project is a joint federal, state and city effort to eliminate flooding in the valley. The residents of Elmer St. gave up 5 foot of frontage property in order to prepare the ground to accept rain water without flooding. The grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony took place at the Elmer Street project on June 3.
